The Structure of NINCID is in line with the ICID structure, domiciled in the Department of Irrigation & Drainage (DID), Federal Ministry of Water Resources (FMWR), and Chaired by the Director (DID). NINCID membership is drawn from both Public and private Sectors. For now, there are 3 types of membership: Corporate, Individual, and Associate membership
The first step to becoming a member of NINCID is to obtain the membership registration form. This form can be obtained during NINCID Workshop or from the NINCID Secretariat. Complete and submit same to the NINCID Secretary (Tel: 08109257309 Email: phsule@yahoo.co.uk) for processing.
NINCID Secretariat is located in the Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, Old Secretariat, Area 1 Garki, Abuja.
These are the various categories of membership;
Qualified candidates will be required to pay the sum of Fifteen Thousand (N15,000) Naira Only. This covers registration (N10,000) and the annual subscription fee (N5,000). For a prospective NINCID member, the payment of this sum must be done along side the registration form.
